El trance es un género de la música electrónica, compuesto por sonidos sintéticos, acordes largos con progresión larga, atmósferas envolventes, arpegios, en ocasiones sonidos ácidos, base rítmica de percusión, graves redondos y melodías muy elaboradas. Existen 3 teorías o tres focos principales de inicio: uno de ellos sería una evolución del ambient house de Ibiza; otra teoria seria colocar sus inicios en Frankfurt y Berlín, en el contexto de la caida del muro de Berlín; otros opinan que la escena procede de la IDM. Lo único claro es que se trata de un género postrave.
1- Indra es Oshri Krispin (20) de Beer-Sheva, Israel. Comenzó a desarrollar Indra a principios de 2000. A pesar de su edad, Indra cuenta con una producción nítida y brillante seguida de ideas increíbles, melodías, efectos, la atmósfera y la variedad de frecuencias. Su música está influenciada por GMS, esquimal, Infected Mushroom ... Ahora (2008) Indra ha lanzado dos álbumes como solista ("máquina asesina" @ Spliff Music, 2006 y "La vida de la fe" @ sonido enigmático, 2007).
2- Indra Kuldassar nacio en Suecia, aunque con raices estonas. De viaje en Paris con su novio modelo, fue descubierta bailando en un club. Su carrera musical comenzo con el productor Orlando, hermano de la artista Dalidá y el lanzamiento del single «Let’s Go Crazy», seguido del single «Misery» y el album «Temptation». Un segundo album la catapultó a las pistas de baile francesas como la reina del dance. En 1995, DJ Bobo y Masterboy le produjeron el album «Anywhere» de corte eurodance. En 1999 lanzo otro album titulado «U And Me». Sus últimos trabajos son "Indra" (2006) y "One Woman Show".
