La música electrónica de baile, EDM (por sus siglas en inglés electronic dance music), música club, música dance, o simplemente dance, es un conjunto de géneros de música electrónica, como el house, techno, trance, eurodance, italo-disco, dance pop, entre otros. Orientada principalmente al baile, se caracteriza por estar realizada con sonidos sintéticos y organicos pre-grabados en un estudio, y por sus ritmos bien marcados y repetitivos y con letras pegadizas, pudiendo incorporar voces o ser música instrumental.
Marco Benassi, mejor conocido como Benny Benassi (nacido en Milán el 13 de Julio de 1967) es un Dj italiano y un euroartista del house/electroclash.
El usualmente trabaja en estudios con su primo Alle Benassi. Los dos también producen temas juntos bajo el nombre de Hermanos Benassi(Benassi Bros.). El dúo comenzó a djear en los tardiós 80's en su ciudad natal, después de mudarse al estudio del productor Larry Pignagloli's "Off Limits" a mediados de los 90's, creando música para variados eventos, incluyendo Whigfield, J.K. y Ally & Jo.
