La chicha es un género musical que apareció en la década de los 80s. Es la fusión de la cumbia colombiana adaptada en la selva peruana y el huayno que es la expresión de la sierra del Perú. Inicialmente fue una copia de la cumbia colombiana que, en una primera ola, recorrió por la selva y la sierra. Con cada ola, la música se iba adaptando cada vez más a la selva y a la sierra. Para finalmente, fusionarse completamente con el huayno que dio nombre al género: CHICHA. El grupo LOS SHAPIS, CHACALON
Víctor Fernando Guzmán Condezo Director del Grupo Original y Los Menudos de la Cumbia Nace en el ambiente artístico el año 1978 en la Ciudad de Huancayo – Pilcomayo Víctor Guzmán Condezo fue fundador del grupo Alegría, Hoy “Grupo Original” siendo autor y creador del estilo A, con más de 400 obras musicales que son reconocidos por el mercado musical como clásicos de oro, que incluye temas como "Refugio en el licor", "Voy a olvidarte, mi dolor", "El pañuelito" Siendo premiado este 2011 por APDAYC en el María Angola por la “Joya Musical El Pañuelito.” En el 2007 Guzmán Condezo realiza una producción musical en formato DVD para el mercado nacional e internacional, con la participación de figuras reconocidasde la Farándula como: Mercedes Vela, Francis Aimini, Rubí Berrocal, Maribel Velarde, Myriam Talavera y Monique Pardo, que se grabó en lugares turísticos como Machu Picchu (Cusco), chiclayo, Pucallpa, Huanuco, Tingo Marìa, Huancayo y otras ciudades. Ganadores del trofeo 2007- 2011 en el Programa Lima Limón Canal 4 TV En el 2011 El Grupo Original Viaja a EE:UU en el mes de Febrero y el mes de Julio con De la Cruz Producctions Gira USA 2011 El Grupo Original de Víctor Guzmán Condezo se encuentra realizando una serie de presentaciones en provincias antes de enrumbar a la ciudad de Buenos Aires Argentina y Arica Chile y la Gira USA 2012 para realizar una serie de actuaciones que esperan dejen huella. “MACHITO’ Steven guzmán es mi menor hijo de 17 años, quien es estudiante del Conservatorio Nacional de Música de Lima gracias a la beca que le ofreció APDAYC, siendo socio desde hace 9 años y juntos estamos creando nuevas primicias como “Nuevo Día” y “El Crucifijo”. La propuesta para realizar el viaje le llego al Sr. VICTOR GUZMAN CONDEZO Director del Grupo Original, debido a que sus canciones son muy escuchadas y solicitadas en ese país ,debido a este fenómeno musical es que estarán realizando tres presentaciones además estrenaran sus últimas producciones.
